Mr. Davis focuses his practice on patent preparation, prosecution, and related counseling in domestic and foreign patent applications. He has experience preparing and prosecuting patents in a variety of technologies including wireless networking, network security and performance, fintech, machine learning applications and analysis, video processing, and web applications and interfaces.

Prior to joining Fountainhead Law Group in 2019, Mr. Davis practiced intellectual property law for over six years including three years as an associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton in San Francisco. Prior to practicing law, he served five years as a Systems Engineer for the Department of Navy at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center in San Diego.
